He was special in every sense—courteous, highly knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. You can tell he truly cares about both the experience and the people he’s sharing it with. Connor went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt comfortable and informed, pointing out details you’d never catch on your own and sharing insights that made the views even more meaningful. Once we were in the air, the tour was amazing! Nikki was a great pilot, the views were stunning and it was so cool to see everything from above. Arriving an hour early seemed really unnecessary, as we spent more than 40 minutes just sitting in the lobby with kids getting bored and annoyed, but the actual trip was worth it.

I was born and raised on Oahu 9 years before Hawaii became a State and returned to Hawaii for a short vacation. I wanted to see how the island changed. Sarah was our pilot and her knowledge of the island and how she shared this knowledge during our flight was amazing and made a huge impact on me as we saw the island through the eyes of me from 76 years ago and the eyes of Sarah today. I will always remember this flight. We took the hour flight with the doors off and the experience was amazing and one I’d recommend. Pilot Sarah will make you feel safe as she explains everything about the flying experience. The ground staff was very welcoming and kind to us. This was a lifetime experience I hope to repeat again. I wasn’t sure how the tour would be as there were ample clouds and spotty rain showers. The tour turned out to be mind blowing - several rainbows, dramatic clouds, and breaks of sun that made the blue water seem like a painting. Our pilot, Sarah, was a joy and super informative. I would do this tour again! 10 out of 10!!!

I had a fantastic experience!! I recently got into aviation and the helicopter tour has been on my list ever since. Compared a few companies and decided to go with Rainbow Helicopters for my first experience - and so glad I did 🙂 Am a solo traveler so I called them the day before to confirm my spot, and they accommodated my request for a window seat on a doors-off tour. The ground staff were all very nice and patient, provided all the equipment we needed. The pilot, Ben, is amazing too - he took the time to explain landmarks and features that we were flying over, the weather conditions (we flew through sun, clouds, and rain, and it was awesome), and answered our questions very well. I also can't complain about seeing some really cool planes on our final descent back to the airport 🙂 Would absolutely recommend (and I will do it again next time I come to Oahu!)

Our group of 6 took the hour long Royal tour with pilot Nikki. We had the doors off experience. Our interaction with the staff prior to the flight was very good. They were attentive and informative. Nikki was THE BEST. She was very informative and took the time to check on everyone during the trip and that both right and left side guests were able to experience the key views of the tour.
