I had door off seat and whilst I was initially anxious ,I enjoyed the thrilling ride and Ida was our pilot for our trip. She was an amazing pilot.Very knowledgeable and we both felt really safe in the air.It was a great expierence with the doors off and well worth the money as we researched other companies beforehand."

The views were absolutely beautiful around the entirety of the island. We had Lucien as our pilot and he was amazing as well! He was very knowledgeable when it came to the history of the island and the sites we seen as well as made us all feel comfortable throughout the duration of the flight. I believe that this tour is a must when visiting the islands and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting!"

  10. "My sister and I took our 89-year-old Mother on this trip. The staff was amazing assisting her in and out of the helicopter. We did doors open. We would highly recommend everyone doing this. My Mom did get a little cool with wind blowing even with her raincoat on. On the other side, I was just fine but glad I had my raincoat as it was windy. Our flight was at 5 pm. Beautiful scenery. We loved seeing the mountains on the island from above. This will be an experience we cherish doing with our Mom. Pilot, Ida was wonderful and provided interesting facts all the way. We didn't talk with her much during the flight as we were so involved in viewing. Thanks from the Evans Family"

Our pilot Josh did a wonderful job at explaining all the different sights and was great at giving us a heads up whenever there was turbulence (only happened twice and very briefly). I generally get motion sickness when I travel but Josh was very smooth with take off and landing. I highly recommend the experience! You’ll never forget it."

  6. "This was my very first time in a helicopter. After I arrived in Hawaii (for a conference plus an extra two days for myself), I know I had to finally do this. After all, I grew up as a kid watching Magnum, P.I., and TC was one of my favorite characters on the show! As to the ride...yes, it is expensive (at least to me), but it IS WORTH IT. It was a fantastic experience to see Honolulu and the surrounding areas from above (as much as 2000 ft). The oceans and mountains are so beautiful. I was never once scared...just amazed, and amazed the whole time. My pilot Freddy was fantastic as well. Very freindly and personable. He asked me questions as well as answered mine. It was a true conversation on top of acting as a tour guide. I cannot recommend him enough. And...do the ride with the doors off. You will be glad that you did!"

"This may have been my confusion, but I Thought our flight was supposed to be my in-land (to see some waterfalls that can't be seen from roads or hiking in?), but our flight just went on the outskirts of the island. I wasn't sure if this was due to the fact that the weather was not as great that day or just my misunderstanding. However, we still really enjoyed our flight and did get to see some areas we had not seen from the ground. Our pilot was very friendly and knowledgeable, and all other staff were very friendly as well. Overall, a great experience."

I was so sad, then the staff turned it around and made sure that we got the full experience, offered to reschedule us, and were the kindest people. These employees are amazing!!! I can't remember the name of the girl who helped us reschedule and took care of us, I think it was Kamalani, but she was the SWEETEST!
